How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Class 2 HGV Tipper Driver – Bristol £16.45PPH Weekly Pay - Monday to Friday Only -

    Consult2Recruit are recruiting for a dependable and professional Class 2 HGV Tipper Driver on behalf of a well-established and growing muck away operation supporting major housing developments across Bristol and the surrounding areas.

    This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Class 2 Driver looking for long-term job security, consistent weekday hours, and the chance to join a supportive, expanding business.

    Unlike many HGV roles, this position offers:

    * £16.45 per hour.

    * Weekly Pay

    * Consistent hours: 06:30 – 16:30 daily

    The Role

    You will be operating a Class 2 HGV Tipper Truck collecting and tipping waste materials from housing development sites across Bristol and within approximately a 50-mile radius.

    This role involves up to 8 collections per day and requires a professional, safety-conscious approach while maintaining excellent communication with site personnel and customers.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Operate a Class 2 HGV Tipper Truck safely and efficiently

    * Complete collections and tip-offs from housing development sites

    * Carry out daily vehicle safety inspections

    * Maintain accurate tachograph and driving records

    * Ensure compliance with transport legislation and company procedures

    * Deliver excellent customer service on site

    Requirements

    To be considered, applicants must have:

    * Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) Licence

    * Valid CPC Qualification

    * Digital Tachograph Card

    * Previous Tipper Truck experience

    * Strong communication and customer service skills

    * Reliable and professional attitude

    * Good understanding of road safety and compliance
