Vehicle Prep Technician

Our client is a well established and respected business who due to continued growth are opening a new site in Norwich. As such they are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Vehicle Prep Technician to join their team.

As a Vehicle Prep Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring our vehicles meet the highest standards before delivery or display.

Your responsibilities will include

Preparing new and used vehicles to manufacturer standards (manufacturer training will be provided)

Carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDI)

Completing general mechanical checks and servicing tasks

Identifying and reporting any faults or issues

Working efficiently to meet workshop targets and deadlines (including working additional hours at peak times to meet the needs of the business)

Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) – please note flexibility will be required as business needs dictate.

Previous experience as a Vehicle Prep Technician or in a similar role or

Basic mechanical knowledge and a keen eye for detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Full UK driving licence (essential)
