Our client, a growing and ambitious business based in Basildon, is looking to recruit a driven B2B Sales Executive to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated salesperson with a minimum of 2 years’ experience looking to take the next step in their career.
The Role
This is a full-time, office-based position where you will be responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and managing the sales process from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities
* Making outbound calls and following up on leads
* Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Understanding client requirements and presenting suitable solutions
* Managing the sales pipeline and updating CRM systems
* Working towards and exceeding sales targets
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ sales experience (B2B experience preferred)
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Target-driven with a proactive attitude
* Professional, organised, and self-motivated
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
Package
* £25,000 – £35,000 basic salary depending on experience
* Uncapped commission structure
