We are recruiting for a motivated Business Development Manager to join a growing freight forwarding business in Lutterworth.
This is a B2B sales role focused on winning new business, building client relationships, and promoting freight forwarding and logistics solutions across road, sea, and air freight services.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate and win new B2B business
* Build and manage client relationships
* Prepare quotations and sales proposals
* Manage the sales process from lead generation to onboarding
* Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records
Requirements
* Previous B2B sales experience
* Freight forwarding or logistics experience preferred
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Target-driven and self-motivated
