We are seeking an experienced and proactive SSSTS Supervisor with Gold CSCS Card to assist our clint on a project in Norwich.
This is for an immediate start for approx 15 weeks.
Responsibilities
* Lead and supervise teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and within designated timeframes.
* Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to optimise performance and professional development.
* Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, implementing best practices across all operations.
* Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication channels.
* Manage resource allocation, including labour, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
* Prepare reports on project status, team performance, and operational issues for senior management.
Requirements
* Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within a relevant industry.
* SSSTS
* Gold CSCS Card (Minimum requirement)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively under pressure
Salary description
£18.00 - £19.00 per hour
