The Role:

Strategic HR officer required for growing distribution and warehouse company to support the delivery of a comprehensive and professional HR service across the business.

Employee Relations
HR Administration
Recruitment & Onboarding
Policy & Compliance
HR Systems & Reporting
Qualifications / Skills

3-5 years' experience working in HR
CIPD Level 3 qualification minimum,
Up-to-date working knowledge of employment legislation. 
Strong reporting and information gathering skills to support operations.
Advanced excel skills.
