Primera Healthcare London is seeking an ambitious and motivated Registered Manager to lead our established London service delivering approximately 1900 hours of care per week, with strong potential for future growth.
This role is ideal for someone who feels ready for greater responsibility and leadership but may have been held back by limited progression opportunities elsewhere.
Please note that this position is subject to the requirements of the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Applicants must either:
* Hold a relevant Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care / Leadership & Management,
or
* Be currently enrolled on a relevant Level 5 programme,
or
* Be willing to undertake and successfully complete a Level 5 qualification within an agreed timeframe as part of the role requirements.
This is an essential requirement to support compliance with CQC expectations for Registered Managers within regulated adult social care services.

YOUR ROLE
As Registered Manager, you will oversee:
ā Day-to-day operations of the service
ā CQC compliance and quality standards
ā Safeguarding and governance processes
ā Staff leadership and development
ā Audits, risk management, and quality assurance
ā Service growth and performance
ā Relationships with Local Authorities and healthcare professionals
ā Delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care
You will play a key role in ensuring the service remains:

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Essential:
ā Experience within domiciliary care, supported living, or community care
ā Strong understanding of CQC regulations
ā Leadership and team management experience
ā Excellent communication and organisational skills
ā Passion for delivering high-quality care
Desirable:
ā Previous Registered Manager experience
ā NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health & Social Care
ā Experience managing a growing service
