Our client in Hatfield is looking for a Sales Account Manager to help grow their vibrant business community across the region.

· Salary: £35k basic + uncapped commission

· Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, office based with some travel required to visit clients and attend events

Key responsibilities;

· Drive new member acquisition and upsell existing members into premium packages

· Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities

· Represent the company at events, meetings, and conferences

· Build strong relationships with local businesses and stakeholders

· Use social media (especially LinkedIn) to amplify reach

· Hit monthly growth and retention targets

· Collaborate with a dynamic, supportive team

· Proven success in business development or B2B sales

· Strong communication and relationship-building skills

· Familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools
