We’re Hiring: Sales Advisor – Plant Machinery spares and repairs
Full time - Office Based, Ipswich
£28,000–£30,000 + Uncapped Commission (OTE £40,000+)
At Plant Parts Ltd, we’re looking for someone with confidence, drive, and personality to join our established sales team.
This is a hands-on sales role suited to someone who enjoys hunting for opportunities, developing new business, and growing loyal customer accounts over time
You’ll be joining a well-established, experienced, and supportive sales team selling construction machinery spare parts across the UK and international markets. This is a great opportunity to learn from knowledgeable colleagues while developing your own customer base and long-term accounts.
What we’re looking for:
• A confident communicator who enjoys speaking with customers
• Someone motivated by targets, growth, and earning commission
• A proactive personality who thrives on outbound sales activity
• A relationship-builder focused on long-term accounts, not just quick wins
• Mechanically minded individuals are highly desirable
• Sales experience is welcomed, but attitude and ambition matter more
The Role:
• Develop and grow customer accounts across the UK & internationally
• Identify new business opportunities and generate outbound sales
• Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into repeat business
• Work closely within an established and supportive sales environment
• Help expand product lines and sales opportunities
What You’ll Need:
• Strong communication skills via phone and email
• Good PC skills and the ability to multitask
• A quick-learning, organised, and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
