How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Salary: £26,000 or £28,000 depending on your university degree level.

    Main Purpose of the Job


    The Service Solutions team is in charge for After-sales contracts and connectivity for Trucks.

    We manage a profitable business in R&M and Connectivity services, in terms of revenues and

    customer after-market retention. It is our responsibility to manage the relationship within Company, Dealers and final Customers, aimed to maximize the Customer satisfaction in relation to our R&M and Connected services products.


    You will learn to use and understand the key concepts of the After-sales contracts offer supporting the Service Solutions manager in day-to-day operations contributing as an active member of the team. You will be trained to develop the ability to analyze the results achieved and to plan preventive and corrective actions to achieve the targets. Also, you will develop the ability to prioritize and make fast but accurate decisions in an exciting and challenging environment.


    Key Activities:


    In order to achieve the Aftersales internship function, the main responsibilities of the position include:

    • The role has the objective to contribute to ensure a profitable business in R&M and digital services, in terms of Revenues and Margins,
    • Work on strategies to increase the market share thanks to data analysis and through a cross functional approach with other departments
    • Key role for Dealer Network for R&M and digital services in terms of sales support and trainings, problem solving
    • Capture Dealers and Customers’ hints to help improve after-sales opportunities and create efficient business processes
    • Assist the Dealer’s salesforce in managing R&M and EW, guiding them thought our system and processes and defining strategies to enhance the business.
    • Support the Dealer’s network to improve their sales performances and how to interact with salesmen and internal colleagues to maximize the final customer’s satisfaction.
    • Be the main interface with the Dealer Network and customers and your focus will be to support and improve the after-sales business.


    Job requirements and Qualifications


    • Preferential Economic/Engineer Degree with specialization in Marketing or Digital services
    • Advanced skills in Data Analyst/reporting
    • Eligibility to work in the UK
    • Full clean Driving Licence
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office with specific focus on Excel
