How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Customer Support Specialist (Worcester - Temp to Perm)
    Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and ready to be part of a fast-moving, forward-thinking team? We're looking for an energetic Customer Support Specialist based in Worcester on a temp-to-perm basis, with the opportunity to grow into a long-term role.
    About the Role This isn't your typical support job. You'll be at the heart of our operations, building genuine connections with customers while using modern systems and smart thinking to resolve queries quickly and effectively. Every interaction counts, and we're looking for someone who brings energy, initiative, and a fresh perspective.
     
    What You'll Be Doing
    Be the first point of contact for customers via phone & e-mail
    Deliver high-quality, personalised support 
    Resolve queries efficiently while identifying ways to improve the customer journey
    Accurately log and manage customer interactions using CRM systems
    Work collaboratively with internal teams to share insights and streamline processes
    Contribute ideas to help us continuously modernise and improve service What We're Looking For
    A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine passion for helping people
    Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
    Good IT skills, including confidence using systems, databases, and Microsoft Office
    Comfortable learning new digital tools and adapting to changing processes
    A team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment
