Luma Education Recruitment is seeking a committed HLTA to support and guide pupils of all abilities, including those with SEN, SEMH, ASD, and ADHD, helping them thrive daily in a positive, engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead 1:1 and small group interventions to support learning and development
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons under the guidance of the class teacher
* Implement and model behaviour strategies (PRICE / TeamTeach experience desirable)
* Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional progress across the curriculum
* Promote and maintain a calm, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
Requirements:
* HLTA qualified or working towards Level 4 TA status is desired but not essential
* Flexible, proactive, and confident in leading learning and interventions
* Experience supporting pupils with SEN, SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and behavioural needs
* Positive, patient, and resilient approach to helping pupils thrive
* School or youth work experience
* Enhanced DBS (on Update Service) required
