Rota: 4 on, 4 off (7pm–7am, 12-hour shifts)
We are recruiting a professional, service-driven Night Concierge to join the team at an exciting new mixed-use residential development in Vauxhall. The development comprises just over 150 high-quality residential apartments alongside office and retail spaces.
As the face of the building during night hours, you will play a key role in delivering a safe, welcoming, and high-end concierge service, ensuring residents receive an excellent experience at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a friendly, professional, and discreet manner
* Act as the first point of contact for all enquiries overnight, in person, by phone, and via email
* Maintain accurate visitor and key logs to ensure building security at all times
* Receive, log, and manage resident deliveries and parcels, sending notifications via internal systems
* Carry out regular patrols of the building to ensure safety and security
* Monitor and report any incidents, defects, or safety concerns in line with procedures
* Support resident move-ins, move-outs, and amenity bookings
* Manage amenity space bookings in line with site procedures
* Provide residents with local area recommendations and assistance when requested
* Build strong, professional relationships with residents and maintain resident preference records
* Use SPIKE and other systems to log and follow up resident requests through to completion
* Support onsite teams and assist with events where required
* Complete detailed handovers to ensure continuity of service between shifts
