✔ Overseeing engineering design & approvals
✔ Coordinating with consultants, authorities & utilities
✔ Tackling real-world infrastructure challenges
✔ Supporting planning & technical teams
👉 What we’re looking for:
✅ Residential engineering experience
✅ Strong knowledge of UK regulations (NHBC, Building Regs, etc.)
✅ Skilled in AutoCAD + drainage/highway design software
✅ Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
