This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting young people, gaining valuable school-based experience, and making a positive impact within the classroom.
What You'll Do
* Support students within the classroom on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
* Help maintain positive behaviour and classroom routines
* Provide additional support for students with SEN where required
* Encourage student confidence, engagement and progress
* Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a Teaching Assistant who:
* Has previous experience working within schools or educational settings
* OR has transferable skills from roles such as care work, coaching, youth work, mentoring or support work
* Has experience supporting students with SEN or additional learning needs
* Is patient, adaptable and proactive
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Is passionate about supporting young people in education
* Holds an Enhanced DBS on the update service (or is willing to obtain one)

£93.00 - £105.00 per day
