Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Phase curriculum
* Support pupils in developing early literacy, numeracy and social skills
* Assess and monitor pupil progress to inform planning and next steps
* Create a positive, stimulating and nurturing classroom environment
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, teaching assistants and parents/carers
* Support pupils' academic, social and emotional development
Minimum Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one through Academics
* Previous experience teaching in Early Years, Nursery or Reception
* Strong understanding of the Early Years curriculum and child development
* Two professional references from the last two years
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills

* Higher rates are available dependent upon experience, training, qualifications and client rate available
