The Role
As a Year 1 Teacher, you will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that encourage pupils to develop confidence, curiosity, and a love of learning. You will join a collaborative staff team that values innovation, teamwork, and high standards across the school.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative lessons in line with the Key Stage 1 curriculum
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor pupil progress and provide clear feedback and support
Work closely with colleagues, parents, and school leaders
Support children's academic, social, and emotional development
About You
The ideal Year 1 Teacher will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1. The school is seeking someone with excellent communication skills, strong classroom presence, and a genuine passion for inspiring young learners.
