The Role
As a SEN TA, you'll work alongside teachers and support staff to provide tailored support for pupils with additional learning needs. The successful SEN TA will help create a positive, engaging, and safe learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Responsibilities
Deliver one-to-one and small group support
Assist with personalised learning activities
Adapt classroom materials to suit individual needs
Promote confidence, independence, and social development
Build strong relationships with staff, parents, and external professionals
