How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues and incidents
Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, reports, and performance analytics
Maintain data quality and integrity across key ServiceNow modules
Support testing activities including UAT, regression, and functional testing during upgrades and changes
Ensure all platform changes follow governance standards, change control procedures, and best practices
Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles
Partner with internal stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities
Provide platform guidance and support to users and technical teams

    About You:

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and technically capable ServiceNow professional with strong platform administration and configuration experience. You will be comfortable managing BAU platform activities while also contributing to ongoing improvements and optimisation initiatives.

    Essential:

Experience administering and supporting the ServiceNow platform within an enterprise environment
Strong understanding of ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management
Experience configuring workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications
Knowledge of CMDB, Asset Management, and Service Catalogue administration
Experience supporting integrations and APIs within ServiceNow
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
Experience building reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
