We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services provider based in Peckham, London. The Role:
As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive maintenance across a commercial building services environment. You will ensure all electrical systems and associated plant are maintained to a high standard while delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Duties:
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
* Attending reactive maintenance breakdowns
* Electrical fault finding and repairs
* Maintaining lighting, power, emergency lighting, and control systems
* Working on general building services systems
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures
* Completing maintenance reports and documentation
Requirements:
* Qualified electrically (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
* 18th Edition desirable
* Experience working within building services / commercial maintenance
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Package:
* £40,000 basic salary
* Overtime available
