They are permanent, full-time positions on the PM shift (Tuesday – Friday: 2pm-10.30pm, Saturday: 9am-5.30pm).
There are positions available from Level 2 to Level 3 depending on candidate experience.
Your Duties as Production Supervisor:
* Manage an assigned production area, overseeing daily production schedules
* Drive day-to-day operational performance to meet productivity and efficiency targets
* Support, develop and look after your team, promoting wellbeing, fairness and respect at all times
* Create a positive working environment
* Maintain accurate and timely data within the computerised production system
* Lead and support a team of Line Operatives and Machine Minders
* Communicate clearly and confidently in English
* Demonstrate and role-model our Company Values in all aspects of your work
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Team Leader, Line Leader, Shift Leader etc
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Food manufacturing industry experience
* HACCP awareness

Pay & Benefits:
