How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Centre Cleaner
    Job Type: Part Time, Permanent
    Salary: National Minimum Wage
    Hours: 4 days per week, 2 hrs per day, 8 hrs per week,
    Location: Kidderminster
    ARE YOU LOOKING FOR PART TIME WORK!
    Nova Training are looking to recruit a permanent office cleaner for their centre in Kidderminster.
    Ensuring client satisfaction and customer excellence is achieved and services are delivered to agreed standards.
    Main Duties:
    * Ensuring cleaning activities are carried out to the highest standards. Duties will include: mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins.
    * You will be responsible for the offices, public areas, toilets, kitchens.
    * Ensure all faulty equipment is reported to the line manager.
    * Communicate any health and safety concerns or issues with your line managers.
    * Take responsibility for ensuring that cleaning equipment is maintained and fit for purpose before and after each evening.
    * Ensure cleaning equipment you have been using is cleaned correctly, maintained and used efficiently and stored correctly ready for the next time of use.
    To be successful, you will need:
    * Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential
    * Strong attention to detail
    * Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
    * Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
    * Experience of working alone as well as within a team is desirable
    Relevant reference checks will need to be obtained prior to your commencement in employment.
