Key Responsibilities:
Managing a full caseload from instruction through to completion.
Drafting and reviewing legal documentation.
Maintaining and updating the firm’s case management system.
Handling all post-completion formalities.
Conducting legal research where required.
Providing clear, concise, and practical legal advice.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication.
Desired skills and experience:
Minimum 3 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing as a Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx).
Proven ability to meet targets and manage a busy caseload effectively.
Strong technical knowledge of the conveyancing process.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
What’s on Offer:
Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm and office based.
£65,000 depending on experience.
