How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Content & Community Specialist

    📍 Paddock Wood, Kent (Hybrid 2–3 days onsite) 💰 £35,000–£45,000 + benefits

    The Brand

A fast-growing, technology-enabled commerce infrastructure group is building the operational backbone behind the next generation of scaling consumer brands.

The business operates across fulfilment, manufacturing, packaging, customer experience, and commerce enablement through a growing ecosystem of specialist services supporting ambitious eCommerce and health & wellness brands.

Unlike traditional operators in the space, the company is building a highly integrated, technology-first ecosystem with AI and automation embedded at its core.

The group is investing heavily into:

AI and automation Commercial growth Content and media infrastructure Customer experience Operational visibility Community and founder ecosystems

Founder-led and entrepreneurial in nature, the business is currently scaling rapidly across the UK and US markets.

This is an environment suited to people who thrive in fast-moving businesses, enjoy building from scratch, and want to help shape a category-defining company.

As part of this next phase of growth, the business is hiring a Content & Community Architect to help build the attention engine behind the brand.

    The Role

This is not a traditional marketing role.

The Content & Community Specialist will sit at the intersection of:

Content production Storytelling Community building Creative operations AI-enabled systems Founder-led media Social-first strategy

The role is focused on turning the reality of a scaling business - founders, customers, operations, wins, launches, warehouse activity, and behind-the-scenes moments — into content people genuinely want to engage with.

The company is building an internal content ecosystem including:

Video production Editorial content Founder storytelling Social media Customer communities Events and networking AI-driven content workflows

The successful person will help architect and scale this entire engine.

    Responsibilities will include:

Building and scaling the company’s content and community strategy Producing founder-led and customer-led content Capturing onsite video and operational storytelling Creating high-volume organic social content Running webinars, networking sessions, founder events, and operator communities Managing and growing channels including LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, Telegram, and onsite editorial Working with videographers, editors, designers, and content writers Building systems and workflows to increase content velocity using AI and automation Turning operational moments into engaging media and narratives Helping shape the voice and identity of the wider ecosystem

The role will be highly hands-on and collaborative, working directly with founders, customers, and operators across the business.

    The Person

The business is looking for someone with strong creative instincts, high energy, and a genuine obsession with attention, storytelling, and execution.

This person will think more like a media brand operator than a traditional marketer.

    They may come from:

D2C brands Startup environments Social-first media businesses Creator ecosystems Community-led brands Content production environments

The company is open to both experienced operators and ambitious junior talent with exceptional instincts and execution capability.

    The ideal person:

Understands how modern attention works Has experience building or growing communities Thinks in systems and scalability Loves creating content at speed Is excited by AI-enabled workflows and automation Has a bias for action and experimentation Enjoys being onsite, around people, operations, and founders Can identify content opportunities everywhere Is highly organised but creatively driven Wants to help build something from the ground up

A strong interest in eCommerce, consumer brands, health & wellness, and founder ecosystems would be a major advantage.

This is an opportunity to join a business at a key stage of growth and help build a modern content, community, and media engine from the inside
