How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Digital Marketing Architect – Systems & AI Focused £45,000 – £60,000 + extensive benefits package Fast-growing commerce & technology business Paddock Wood (2–3 days on site)

    The Role

    You’ll architect and own the digital marketing and revenue infrastructure end-to-end, designing the systems that power growth, automation and commercial performance.

    This is not a traditional marketing role. It’s a systems-first position focused on building scalable, AI-driven infrastructure that increases execution speed, improves output quality and drives revenue efficiency.

    You’ll operate across websites, CRM, automation and outbound systems, working closely with Sales, CX and leadership in a fast-moving high-growth environment where ownership and impact are key.

    What You’ll Do

    * Design and optimise the end-to-end digital revenue journey across web, CRM and outbound channels

    * Build and scale AI-driven workflows to increase execution velocity and reduce manual effort

    * Implement lead capture, qualification and attribution systems

    * Architect CRM lifecycle and pipeline infrastructure in collaboration with Sales and CX

    * Build and deploy automation systems using AI tools and agents

    * Own SEO and emerging AEO capabilities

    * Launch and optimise landing pages and conversion pathways

    * Create lean, scalable systems that improve efficiency across the business

    * Manage and coordinate remote freelancers and specialist contributors

    About You

    * A systems thinker who naturally focuses on process, automation and scalability

    * Experienced in building automation workflows and operational infrastructure

    * Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate execution and remove inefficiencies

    * Strong understanding of CRM, funnel architecture and conversion systems

    * Experience with CMS platforms such as Webflow

    * Confident working in fast-paced, high-growth or D2C environments

    * Comfortable managing remote teams and asynchronous workflows
