How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Opportunity
We are recruiting for a Site Engineer (Piping) to support on-site construction and installation activities. This role is focused on overseeing piping installation, ensuring compliance with design specifications, and managing technical and quality aspects of delivery on site.
Working in a hands-on environment, you will play a key role in interpreting design information, resolving technical issues, and ensuring installations are carried out safely and to the required standards. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to project delivery while maintaining quality and compliance across all activities.

    What You’ll Be Doing
As a Site Engineer (Piping), you will be based on site, supporting and supervising piping installation works. You will interpret engineering designs, manage technical challenges, and ensure all installation activities meet defined quality and safety requirements.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and supporting compliance through the completion and management of quality records.

    Key Responsibilities Will Include

Interpreting engineering drawings and design information, including the ability to “red line” drawings and models where necessary.
Supporting and resolving technical issues related to piping installation and construction activities on site.
Supervising installation works to ensure compliance with required quality and safety standards.
Ensuring that all installation activities are carried out in line with design intent and project requirements.
Managing and maintaining quality documentation, including ensuring LTQRs are correctly completed and compliant.
Working closely with site teams to support effective and efficient delivery of installation works.
Ensuring all activities on site align with required construction and installation standards.
    What You Could Have

Experience in site-based piping engineering, particularly within construction and installation environments.
The ability to interpret engineering drawings and confidently mark up (“red line”) designs where required.
Experience dealing with technical issues related to installation and construction activities.
Experience supervising or overseeing installation works on site.
Knowledge of quality documentation requirements, including LTQRs, and ensuring compliance.
A strong understanding of safety and quality standards within a site environment.
    Location
On site – 4/5 days per week

    Salary
