How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Support the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for Series Models, ensuring seamless integration into existing production environments.
    - Work closely with cross-functional teams to create robust, repeatable assembly processes and documentation, from initial design to series production.
    - Define, specify, and deliver optimal operational practices in line with brand expectations, while assisting the manufacturing engineering team in creating departmental budgets for program business cases.
    - Ensure successful delivery of new products by supporting the achievement of all project gateway milestones.
    - Lead the design of new layouts and material flow, collaborating with Engineering & Operations teams to align new models with the facility's overall plan and vision.

    Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
    - A degree in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering or a similar field, or equivalent experience in a comparable role.
    - Experience in creating process documentation.
    - Strong background in vehicle assembly processes.
    - Familiarity with assembly equipment (procurement experience is a plus).
    - Experience with planning and executing new vehicle program targets.
    - Solid understanding of operational constraints.
    - Proficiency in CAD software (preferably CATIA).

    Personal Attributes:
    - A strong understanding of niche vehicle production and brand-specific requirements.
    - Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining clear, calm thinking in a fast-paced environment.
    - Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
    - A deep appreciation for low-volume, high-value performance vehicle production.
    - Flexibility to travel to off-site development facilities in the UK and Europe as required.

If you're interested in these exciting opportunities and want to be part of a dynamic team contributing to the production of high-performance vehicles, please send your CV to (url removed) or call (phone number removed).

This is a great chance to make an impact in a cutting-edge facility and help deliver vehicles that meet the highest standards of quality
