How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Manufacturing Engineer (NPI
    Department: New Product Introduction (NPI)
    Reporting to: NPI Quality Lead
    Location: Llay
    Permanent, Full - Time

    We are working exclusively working with a global manufacturing company who are looking for a proactive engineer with hands-on manufacturing experience who can drive new products from concept to production while ensuring quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

    As the NPI Manufacturing Engineer you will be responsible for leading the industrialisation and implementation of new aerospace components from design release through to full production.
    This role ensures robust, capable, and compliant machining processes are developed, validated, and production-ready.
    Working within a cross-functional team, the NPI Manufacturing Engineer will support process development, first article activities, and continuous improvement to achieve on-time delivery and quality requirements. 

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead manufacturing process definition and industrialisation for new products
    Develop and maintain routings, process flows, and work instructions
    Define CNC machining strategies, tooling, and fixturing
    Support CAM optimisation, cycle time reduction, and process stability
    Plan and execute process validation and prove-out activities
    Support First Article Inspection (FAI) and capability assessments
    Ensure processes meet technical, quality, and production requirements
    Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams 
    Qualifications & Skills

    Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering (or equivalent experience)
    Experience in CNC machining and manufacturing engineering
    Knowledge of process validation, tooling, and industrialisation
    Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
    Familiarity with FAI and aerospace quality standards
    Strong problem-solving and communication skills
