Paint Sprayer

Job Purpose / Summary:

· Work as part of the paintshop team prepping and painting manufactured precision components used in earth moving equipment

· Apply paint coats in accordance with the standard operating procedures and in line with customer specifications

· Following instruction and working in line with the company's health and safety and best practice policies

Principal Responsibilities:

· Painting and prepping complex components to customer specifications

· Deliver and be responsible for the quality of work undertaken

· Actively support the Paint Shop in all areas in line with business requirement

Education & Experience:

* Ideally 2 years plus wet painting experience

* Versatile and enthusiastic with a high level of attention to detail

* Must be able to follow detailed work instructions

* Must have a strong work ethic and be able to work effectively as part of a team

* Must have experience in wet paint spraying

* A team player who can also work on own initiative

* Basic numeracy & literacy

Personal Protective Equipment:

In order to perform the duties safely, the candidate will be required to abide by the Company H&S policies and procedures and use of the following PPE:

· Overalls

· Safety glasses and shoes

· Ear protection, hand gloves and mask
