SF Partners are currently partnering with a well established client in North Nottinghamshire to recruit an experienced Procurement professional for an initial 6 month temporary assignment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is immediately available and enjoys working in a fast paced procurement environment, supporting day to day purchasing activity and supplier management projects.
The successful candidate will support the wider procurement function with a range of operational and administrative procurement duties, including:
Raising and processing purchase orders
Supporting supplier onboarding activity
Assisting with a supplier rationalisation project
Managing procurement administration and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Ensuring procurement processes and compliance procedures are followed
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience within procurement, purchasing, or supply chain administration
Is confident raising POs and managing supplier communications
Has strong organisational and administrative skills
Is comfortable working across multiple tasks and priorities
Can start immediately or at short notice
Has good systems knowledge, including Excel and ERP systems
