Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with additional needs? Join our specialist team supporting students aged 5-16 with SLD, autism, ADHD, and sensory needs.
We're looking for a caring, proactive, and creative Teaching Assistant to help students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This is a temp-to-perm role with a chance to grow, gaining further training.
What you'll do:
Support students' learning in classrooms, the community, and beyond
Help students achieve personal and educational goals
Promote inclusion, respect, and empowerment
Be a flexible, valued team member
We're looking for someone who:
Loves helping children and young people overcome challenges
Is proactive, solution-focused, and creative
Enjoys outdoor and community-based learning
Has excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
Holds Maths and English Level 2 (or equivalent)
