Job Type: Temp to Perm
Location: Travelling to Ipswich, Woodbridge areas
Rate of pay: £200 per day CIS using own van
Property maintenance and refurbishment company providing repairs, compliance, fire safety, and retrofit services across sectors including housing, healthcare, education, and commercial property.
Responsibilities of a Multi Trader
Undertake associated repairs such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, painting and decorating
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies, risk assessments, COSHH regulations, and safe working practices
Desirable Experience of a Multi Trader
Previous experience working on contracts within social housing
Experience working in occupied residential properties and void properties
Multi-skilled background including latex flooring
