What You'll Do:
As a Surface Mount Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production line, responsible for assembling electronic components with precision. Your tasks will include:
Operating and maintaining surface mount technology (SMT) equipment.
Loading and unloading PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) into the machines.
Monitoring the production process to ensure high-quality output.
Conducting inspections to identify any defects and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Collaborating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a surface mount operator is essential for this role
Detail-oriented and able to work with precision.
Motivated to learn and grow in the manufacturing industry.
