We are currently recruiting an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bexley, with an immediate start available.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident HLTA who is passionate about supporting children's learning and development across the primary age range.

The Role:

Supporting teaching and learning across the primary curriculum

Delivering planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher

Providing targeted intervention support for pupils

Working with individuals and small groups to raise attainment

Supporting classroom behaviour and pupil engagement

Assisting teachers with planning and classroom preparation

Requirements:

HLTA qualification or relevant classroom experience

Previous experience working within a primary school setting

Strong understanding of the primary curriculum

Excellent communication and classroom management skills

A proactive, positive, and flexible approach

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
