We’re currently looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join a busy repairs and maintenance team working across residential properties in Islington.
The role will mainly involve plumbing and carpentry works, so we’re looking for someone confident in both trades who can also turn their hand to general maintenance and day-to-day repairs.
This is long-term, steady work with a company van provided.
The Role
Carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties
Mainly plumbing and carpentry works
General multi-trade repairs including patch repairs, tiling, painting & decorating, and basic maintenance
Working in tenants’ homes and providing good customer service
Completing jobs to a good standard and within target times
Using PDA/job systems to update and close down works
Keeping your van stock organised and reporting materials needed
Working safely and keeping work areas tidyWhat We’re Looking For
Strong plumbing and carpentry experience
Previous social housing or property maintenance experience preferred
Able to work on your own and manage your workload
Good attitude and reliable
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
CSCS Card desirableWhat’s On Offer
