How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Marble Talent Group are currently seeking a Foot Mobile Air Conditioning Improver to join our client based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an AC Improver looking to develop their career within a professional and supportive environment, with plenty of overtime available.

    The successful candidate will be methodical, conscientious, and capable of working under pressure while meeting deadlines. You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of large commercial properties and blue-chip client sites.

    A full UK driving licence is essential for this role. Although this is foot mobile, the position will involve picking up and taking equipment to site.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on:

    * Air conditioning units

    * AHUs (Air Handling Units)

    * FCUs (Fan Coil Units)

    * HVAC systems

    * Undertake general building services maintenance tasks

    * Work across landlord and tenant areas within large commercial estates

    * Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

    * Work collaboratively as part of a small maintenance team

    * Maintain a professional and client-facing approach at all times

    Requirements

    * Previous experience within commercial building maintenance or facilities maintenance

    * Experience maintaining AC and HVAC systems

    * Refrigerant Gas certification

    * Strong understanding of safe working practices and standard operating procedures

    * Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    * Professional and client-facing manner

    * Full UK driving licence

    Qualifications

    Essential:

    * City & Guilds 2079 – F-Gas Refrigerant Handling Certificate

    * City & Guilds 6087 Level 2

    Working Hours

    * Monday to Friday

    * 08:00 – 16:30
