Detail:
* Working closely with the Estimating Director and senior commercial team
* Assisting with the preparation of cost plans and tender submissions
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation
* Pricing packages and analysing subcontractor quotations
* Managing supplier and subcontractor enquiries
* Supporting value engineering exercises
* Assisting with budgets, procurement, and commercial reporting
* Occasional visits to live projects and manufacturing facilities owned by the wider group
Requirements
* Previous experience within construction, interiors, or fit out
* Experience in a Quantity Surveying or Estimating role preferred
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
* Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ambitious, proactive, and eager to progress within a growing business
