Role Description
- Partner closely with the Managing Director and leadership team across a c.400‑employee workforce (approx. 50% field‑based / 50% office‑based)
- Support the integration of a newly acquired business, including culture, structure and policy alignment
- Drive performance, capability and manager effectiveness, including within field teams
- Lead and develop an HR Advisor
- Advise on organisational design, workforce planning, talent and succession
- Deliver people initiatives, change and transformation activity
- Be part of a strong culture and highly collaborative leadership team, with close partnership with a high‑quality, engaging MD

- Confident, credible and not a “yes” person
- Commercial and hands‑on HR professional
- Curious, personable and enjoys getting close to the business
- Experience working in operational and/or field‑based environments
- Available within one month’s notice or less
