How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Product Implementation Associate

Location: Camden, London (Hybrid – 3 days per week in‑office)

    Salary: £45,000–£65,000 (DOE)

    Type: Full‑time

Harvey Nash is working with a growing B2B software company to find a Product Implementation Associate to join their team in London. You will be bridging the gap between sales and engineering.

Our client builds a modern platform that helps global organisations manage complex product, supplier, and regulatory data. Operating in highly regulated, fast‑moving environments, they are scaling quickly and investing heavily in their customer implementation and success function.

    The Role

As a Product Implementation Associate, you’ll work closely with customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering to take clients from signed contract through to a successful platform launch—and beyond.

You’ll own onboarding and implementation, act as a trusted customer partner, and help shape scalable processes as the company grows.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support pre‑sales discovery and solution design alongside Sales
    • Lead customer onboarding and implementation from contract to go‑live
    • Configure the platform to meet customer needs and guide data migration
    • Deliver training and support early adoption
    • Act as primary point of contact for assigned customers
    • Identify opportunities for retention, upsell, and expansion
    • Feed customer insights back into Product and Engineering
  • What We’re Looking For

    • Experience in Implementation, Customer Success, Solutions, or similar roles
    • ~3+ years in a customer‑facing role within a software environment
    • Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
    • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, scaling business

    Desirable:

    • Experience with configurable or workflow‑based software
    • Exposure to regulated industries

    Why Join?

    • £45,000–£65,000 salary, depending on experience
    • Hybrid working: 3 days per week in the Camden office
    • High ownership and visible impact
    • Opportunity to shape customer implementation as the company scales
    • All employees receive share options after passing probation, so you share in the company’s success
    • If revenue targets are hit every 6 months, the whole company goes on a trip (previously Lisbon and Bansko)
    • Office-based in Camden on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, with remote working on Wednesday and Friday.
    • Core hours are 9am–6pm, with flexibility on start and finish times where needed.
    • 25 days holiday plus UK bank holidays.
