We are currently partnering with a globally recognised luxury watch Maison to recruit a Client Advisor for their boutique within Harrods (concession).
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within one of the world’s most prestigious luxury retail environments. The brand is looking for a confident, personable and commercially driven individual who is passionate about client experience, relationship building and delivering exceptional service standards.
The role will focus heavily on CRM and client development, with the successful candidate responsible for building long-term relationships with both existing and new clients while delivering a highly personalised and consultative luxury experience. This is a team-oriented environment so collaboration, positivity and strong interpersonal skills are hugely important. The brand is open to backgrounds across luxury fashion, luxury home, accessories, jewellery, hospitality or other elevated service-led environments, with attitude, emotional intelligence and eagerness to learn being key.
The ideal candidate will:

Package:
• Salary up to £36,000
• Monthly commission structure (mixture of individual and pool commission)
• Annual bonus and private health insurance
• Realistic additional monthly earnings between £1,000–£2,000+
