The Role - English Teacher
As an English Teacher, you will be teaching small classes of KS3-KS4 students, delivering a creative and differentiated English curriculum tailored to individual needs. The successful English Teacher will focus on building students' confidence in reading, writing, and communication, while also supporting their emotional development. You will use engaging teaching strategies and strong behaviour management to support students who may have faced challenges in mainstream education. You will work closely with Teaching Assistants, pastoral staff, and external professionals to create a consistent and supportive learning environment.
