About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Operative to support a student accommodation site in Canada Water throughout June. This role will involve general maintenance and upkeep to ensure the property remains in excellent condition for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Replacing blinds across approximately 90 rooms
Carrying out basic painting and touch-up work
Completing general handyman duties as required
Supporting with overall maintenance and upkeep of the accommodation
Ensuring work areas are safe, clean, and well-organised
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or facilities role
Practical skills in basic repairs, painting, and general upkeep
Proactive and reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Friendly and professional approach when working in a resident environment
