Your Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the friendly voice of our company, assisting our customers with their inquiries and ensuring they have a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 📞💻
Providing accurate information about our products and services
Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
Maintaining customer records and documentation
