As a Product Admin Assistant at Clark’s, you will help product managers and product teams with coordination, documentation, reporting, and operational tasks throughout the product lifecycle. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone starting out in the fashion industry, to get their first step into a corporate organisation, working closely with and learning on hand from the experts.
This is a 12-month FTC Maternity cover, based in Street, Somerset, 4 days a week on a 30 hour contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining product databases, catalogues, and documentation.
- Coordinating meetings, schedules, and communications between teams.
- Tracking product development timelines and project milestones.
- Preparing reports, presentations, and product updates.
- Assisting with product launches and marketing materials.
- Managing product information in systems.
- Monitoring inventory, pricing, and product data accuracy.
- Supporting product managers with market research and competitor analysis.
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, purchase orders, and record keeping.
Required Skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with databases and reporting tools.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint
