A leading international law firm is seeking a proactive and highly organised Legal PA to support a small group of partners within its London office, within their Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing legal environment and enjoys delivering exceptional client service.
The successful candidate will provide high-level legal and administrative support, including complex diary management, coordinating international travel, preparing presentations and legal documents, supporting billing and matter management processes, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and assisting with business development activities and team events. The role requires someone who can remain calm under pressure, manage competing priorities, and work effectively during busy transactional periods.
Key Requirements:
- Previous Legal PA or senior secretarial experience, ideally within finance law
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- A proactive, adaptable, and team-focused approach
