We’re looking for a proven billing leader to take charge of a high‑performing professional & technical construction recruitment team in Birmingham. If you’re a senior consultant or team leader who loves developing people and running a strong desk, this role gives you both.

- A strong billing track record in construction, civils, M&E or the wider built environment
- Experience mentoring or leading consultants
