ELECTRICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

This opportunity would suit engineers ranging from Senior Electrical Engineer through to Associate level, offering exposure to complex multidisciplinary projects within a collaborative and technically strong MEP environment.

The Role

You'll be involved in:

Delivering electrical building services design across multiple sectors
Producing electrical calculations and technical design information
Supporting projects through technical and delivery stages
Developing designs using Revit and CAD software
Attending client, design and coordination meetings
Supporting peer reviews and technical coordination processes
Assisting with surveys, reports and project delivery activitiesDepending on level, the role may also involve:

Leading project delivery
Mentoring junior engineers
Supporting client management and technical leadershipWhat They're Looking For

Experience within electrical building services design
Strong technical design capability within UK consultancy environments
Experience using industry-standard design software
Previous Revit and CAD experience
Good communication and project coordination skills
Ability to work within multidisciplinary project teamsIdeally:

Degree qualified within Building Services or Electrical Engineering
Chartered or working towards ChartershipExperience across commercial, residential, hospitality, education or large-scale development projects would be highly beneficial.
