The Role - Year 2 Teacher
As a Year 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to a class of 25 pupils. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting children both academically and personally, ensuring all pupils feel motivated and included in their learning. You will be expected to create a nurturing classroom environment and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all learners, including pupils with SEN. QTS and previous primary teaching experience is essential.
The School - Year 2 Teacher
Based in Hackney, this lovely primary school is only a 7 minute walk from the nearest train station. The school is mixed gender, catering for children aged 3-11 and has a strong focus on inclusion, wellbeing, and pupil achievement. Staff work closely together to provide a positive learning environment where every child feels respected and supported. The school also supports pupils with complex needs, including ASD and SEMH, and has been rated "Good" by Ofsted.
