How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Location: Kilkenny / Dublin
    Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 + Bonus + Benefits
    Reports to: Data, AI & Analytics Director

    We're looking for an experienced and strategic Customer & Consumer Data Product Owner to lead the vision, development, and delivery of innovative data products that drive real business value.

    This is a high-impact role for someone passionate about transforming business challenges into scalable data and AI solutions, while leading cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams.

    What You'll Do

    Define and own the Customer & Consumer Data Product strategy and roadmap
    Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where data, analytics, and AI can solve key challenges
    Translate business requirements into actionable technical solutions across BI, analytics, data modelling, and AI
    Lead and manage the Data Product team to deliver secure, scalable, and high-value data solutions
    Collaborate with architects, platform teams, governance, security, and compliance stakeholders
    Prioritise product backlogs and align delivery with business priorities
    Drive innovation through automation, self-service analytics, and AI-driven insights
    Champion continuous improvement and emerging technologies within the data ecosystem

    What We're Looking For

    8+ years' experience in Data Product Management, BI, Data Engineering, or related fields
    Strong experience delivering end-to-end data solutions
    Expertise with tools such as Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/Datasphere, Azure Databricks, SQL, and Python
    Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex requirements into business value
    Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
    Experience working with Customer and/or Consumer Data
    Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
    Certifications such as Agile, SAFe®, or Google Data Analytics are advantageous
