The successful teacher will be joining a well-established team and will play a key role in supporting pupils academic progress, personal development and confidence in learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, inclusive and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum
Create a positive, nurturing and supportive classroom environment
Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND and EAL
Assess, track and report on pupil progress effectively
Manage behaviour positively and consistently in line with school policy
Work closely with your year group partner, support staff, parents and the wider school team
Contribute to the wider life of the school and uphold safeguarding policies at all times
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in a UK primary school setting
Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
A flexible, reflective and team-focused approach
Passion for supporting children’s learning, wellbeing and development
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
